Field-Team Deployment
Deploy representatives into approved serviceable territories for residential door-to-door customer acquisition.
ISP FIELD SALES • TERRITORY DEPLOYMENT • TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Wolf Den Leads recruits, trains, and deploys performance-driven field-sales teams for fiber and broadband campaigns. From the first neighborhood conversation through order and installation follow-up, we help turn live service areas into completed customers.

Experience across regional fiber, national cable, and emerging broadband markets.
THE ADOPTION GAP
Network construction creates opportunity. Field execution turns that opportunity into adoption. Digital advertising and direct mail can introduce a product, but broadband decisions often require a real conversation.
Wolf Den Leads puts trained representatives inside the neighborhoods where service is available—answering questions, comparing options, processing qualified orders, and helping customers prepare for installation.
COMPLETE FIELD EXECUTION
Deploy representatives into approved serviceable territories for residential door-to-door customer acquisition.
Identify coachable candidates and guide them through campaign requirements, credentialing, background checks, and field readiness.
Train representatives on provider products, discovery, value presentation, ethical objection handling, accurate expectations, and compliant closing.
Coordinate daily field activity, territory coverage, representative accountability, and in-market coaching.
Help representatives maintain accurate orders, communicate next steps, and reduce preventable installation fallout.
Track production, order progress, installs, representative performance, and campaign feedback using available provider and internal systems.
Wolf Den Leads does not install internet service. Installations are completed by the applicable provider or its technicians.
HOW WE WORK
Confirm the provider, territory, customer profile, campaign rules, products, reporting requirements, and launch goals.
Recruit or assign representatives, complete onboarding, establish field leadership, and prepare the campaign.
Put trained representatives into serviceable neighborhoods with clear expectations, approved messaging, and daily accountability.
Monitor orders, installations, objections, conversion patterns, and field feedback to improve execution.
FIELD SCOREBOARD
Clear expectations, visible follow-through, and daily field coaching keep the work connected to the result.
Performance figures reflect internal past experience among active representatives and are not guarantees of future results. Results vary by representative, provider, territory, product availability, season, customer eligibility, installation completion, and campaign rules.
INDEPENDENT SALES OPPORTUNITIES
Earn $175 per qualifying Gig sale, increasing to $200 after 120 days when eligible. Add $50 per phone line and $50 per TV package.
Active representatives currently average approximately 4 sales per selling day. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Approved travel campaigns may include company-paid shared Airbnb lodging, transportation support, and a food stipend under the applicable written travel policy.
High-performing, dependable representatives may be considered for mentoring, team-lead, market-management, and broader campaign responsibilities.
Estimates are illustrations, not guaranteed earnings or benefits. Commissions require qualifying sales and may depend on provider acceptance, completed installation, retention, and campaign rules. The $200 Gig-sale rate applies after 120 days only when eligibility requirements are met. This calculator uses $1,000 per week for Airbnb and $100 per week combined for gas and food. Travel benefits apply only to approved campaigns under the applicable written policy.
Wolf Den Leads LLC offers commission-based independent-contractor opportunities. Contractors are not guaranteed wages, hours, territories, sales, bonuses, travel, lodging, promotions, or future assignments. Campaign rates and requirements may change. Commissions may depend on customer eligibility, provider acceptance, completed installation, retention, and other written campaign conditions. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses except where a written reimbursement policy states otherwise.

Representatives should be prepared to walk residential neighborhoods, climb steps, remain on their feet for extended periods, carry a tablet or sales materials, travel between territories, and work outdoors in changing temperatures, terrain, and weather. Safety requirements and severe-weather guidance must always be followed.
TRAVEL & CULTURE
Travel, reimbursement, lodging, private-room availability, company trips, and eligibility are never automatic. Details are governed by the specific campaign and written company policy.
