CAMPAIGN EXPERIENCE

Across Broadband Markets

Experience across regional fiber, national cable, and emerging broadband markets.

THE ADOPTION GAP

Serviceable Homes Do Not Become Customers by Themselves.

Network construction creates opportunity. Field execution turns that opportunity into adoption. Digital advertising and direct mail can introduce a product, but broadband decisions often require a real conversation.

Wolf Den Leads puts trained representatives inside the neighborhoods where service is available—answering questions, comparing options, processing qualified orders, and helping customers prepare for installation.

COMPLETE FIELD EXECUTION

More Than Recruiting. Built to Work the Market.

From team readiness to post-order follow-through, each capability supports one goal: responsible customer acquisition in live broadband territories.
01

Field-Team Deployment

Deploy representatives into approved serviceable territories for residential door-to-door customer acquisition.

02

Recruiting and Onboarding

Identify coachable candidates and guide them through campaign requirements, credentialing, background checks, and field readiness.

03

Product and Sales Training

Train representatives on provider products, discovery, value presentation, ethical objection handling, accurate expectations, and compliant closing.

04

Territory Leadership

Coordinate daily field activity, territory coverage, representative accountability, and in-market coaching.

05

Order and Installation Follow-Up

Help representatives maintain accurate orders, communicate next steps, and reduce preventable installation fallout.

06

Performance Visibility

Track production, order progress, installs, representative performance, and campaign feedback using available provider and internal systems.

Wolf Den Leads does not install internet service. Installations are completed by the applicable provider or its technicians.

HOW WE WORK

Train the Rep. Work the Territory. Finish the Job.

A practical four-stage operating rhythm keeps field activity aligned with campaign requirements and customer outcomes.
01

Align

Confirm the provider, territory, customer profile, campaign rules, products, reporting requirements, and launch goals.

02

Build

Recruit or assign representatives, complete onboarding, establish field leadership, and prepare the campaign.

03

Deploy

Put trained representatives into serviceable neighborhoods with clear expectations, approved messaging, and daily accountability.

04

Optimize

Monitor orders, installations, objections, conversion patterns, and field feedback to improve execution.

FIELD SCOREBOARD

Built for Activity. Accountable to Outcomes.

Clear expectations, visible follow-through, and daily field coaching keep the work connected to the result.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

This Is Real Field Work.

Representatives should be prepared to walk residential neighborhoods, climb steps, remain on their feet for extended periods, carry a tablet or sales materials, travel between territories, and work outdoors in changing temperatures, terrain, and weather. Safety requirements and severe-weather guidance must always be followed.

Work independently while staying accountable
Communicate respectfully with homeowners
Follow provider, territory, identification, and compliance rules

TRAVEL & CULTURE

The Pack Goes Where the Opportunity Is.

Some campaigns are local. Others require a team deployment. For approved travel campaigns, Wolf Den Leads may cover transportation, arrange shared Airbnb lodging, and provide a food stipend under the applicable written policy. The company may also organize team trips, recognition events, and market launches that build stronger working relationships.

Travel, reimbursement, lodging, private-room availability, company trips, and eligibility are never automatic. Details are governed by the specific campaign and written company policy.
